Full-Casing Bored Pile & Secant/Contiguous Pile Construction

Service Overview

Service Overview

The full-casing method is widely used in Taiwan for installing large-diameter piles in typical soil conditions. A casing oscillator drives rigid drilling casings equipped with cutting teeth at the bottom to excavate the soil. Soil inside the casing is removed using tools such as hammer grabs or buckets. Once the design depth is reached, the reinforcement cage is installed and the pile is cast in place.
